ArcGIS API for Python version 2.2.0 is in mature support (reference: https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcgis-api-for-python/life-cycle), and this issue is not reproducible in version 2.4.1 of the API. Customers with products in the Mature phase should be actively upgrading their applications to software products in the General Availability phase and upgrading existing applications to these products promptly.
