Additional Information

Detailed map tiles for China are provided by an Esri data partner based in China. Issue is due to HTTPS support on the data partner’s server. Esri is working with the data partner to resolve the issue. In the meantime, basemap tiles are currently available over HTTP connections.

Workaround

- Request basemaps over HTTP rather than HTTPS
