This issue is not reproducible with the localization files. Regarding the issue to restrict which geographic transformations displayed when using Tokyo 1892, there is no option to do so using the English or Japanese versions of the software. A list of possible transformations (in the Project tool or in a map or scene) is generated using the Esri projection engine function. It is set to return all 1 or 2 step transformation paths fitting the given input. The input includes a data layer extent (Project tool) or the union of the layer extents in a map or scene, including the source and target geographic coordinate systems. There is no option to omit certain transformations or only display a particular one.Workaround
When possible, keep the data extent as small as possible to isolate to Japan or Korea.Steps to Reproduce
