This issue is logged against the Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) which is now deprecated (Refer this knowledge base: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for more information). The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). It is recommended for users to use the Map Viewer for all their workflows.Workaround
- In the Contents pane, click the More Options button beside the layer name.
- Select Configure Pop-up.
- Uncheck the Show Pop-ups option and click Ok.
- Click the More Options button next to the layer name once more.
- Select Configure Pop-up. Ensure that Show Pop-ups is already checked.
The layer name as well as the display field name are now present in the 'Pop-up Title' field.
