Additional Information

This is the expected default behavior in ArcGIS Dashboards.

Workaround

There are two options to add the timestamp to the List element:

Save the table in a web map, and create a dashboard from the web map. To add the timestamp to the List element:

  1. Go to the item details for the layer.
  2. Go to the Visualization tab.
  3. Click 'Configure Pop-up' (if it is the classic style Visualization tab).
  4. Click 'Configure Attributes'.
  5. Ensure that 'Show time' is checked for the field of interest.
    1. If a change is made, click 'Save layer'.
    2. If a change is not made, make an arbitrary change and click 'Save layer'. This ensures the layer configuration is written to the item and is accessible to the dashboard.

Alternatively, enable the advanced formatting on the List element, and use an Arcade expression to format the date time. This requires saving the dashboard in the new version. For example, formattedDate: Text($datapoint["Week_Ending"], 'D/M/YYYY, h:mm:ss A').
