Additional Information

The Nearmap ImageServer at https://aom-us.nearmap.com/arcgis/services/nearmap_us/ImageServer is no longer available, similar Nearmap services no longer exhibit the behavior described in the bug. The imagery and the contents of the table view update with the time slider as expected, including in the area of LaGuardia Airport. If the issue persists in supported versions of ArcGIS Pro with a supported Nearmap service, contact Esri Technical Support for further assessment.
