Additional Information

ArcGIS Hub retrieves the highest resolution thumbnail provided by the item from ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

  1. Sign in to ArcGIS Online.
  2. On the Overview tab of the hosted feature layer, change the thumbnail, and use the same image, but upload from the folder saved in the local drive.
