Additional Information

This issue is no longer reproducible when using a Sketch layer with the updated Map Viewer. Features stored in a Sketch layer are able to be added to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App and shows in the exported PDF.

Workaround

Use the Print function in the ArcGIS Online web map viewer to save a PDF to the user's machine.

The full steps are as follows:

1. Sign in to ArcGIS Online and click Content.

2. In the list of content, click the relevant web map to open the Item Details page.

3. At the Item Details page, click 'Open in Map Viewer'.

4. Once the web map viewer is open, click the Print drop-down button along the top of the map pane and click Map. This opens a new tab in the browser where users can print using Ctrl + P.

5. Once the Print options are open, change the destination to 'Save as PDF'.

6. Adjust other settings like Layout (set it to Landscape).
