This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- Use a large size for the hexagon when running the Generate Tessellation geoprocessing tool.
- ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App preserves the grid hexagon for large sizes.
