Additional Information

Removal of the temporary access token was an intended change. The options to get a token for applications are: 1. Use the Temporary Token generated with application credentials when registering an application on the OAuth 2.0 page in the developer site: https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/security-and-authentication/oauth-2.0/register-your-application Note: This application credentials generated token has limitations as outlined here: https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/security-and-authentication/other-authentication-methods/application-credentials/#limitations-of-using-application-credentials 2. Generate a token via the GenerateToken operation: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/generate-token.htm 3. Use OAuth 2.0 to generate a token: https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/security-and-authentication/oauth-2.0/
