At ArcGIS 9.2 SP1 some of the data used in the template MXTs in ArcMap was removed. It was removed for various reasons, but unfortunately it caused some existing maps and templates to show broken layers in the maps. While the data is no longer in the install location, the data can be accessed from the data and maps media.Steps to Reproduce
