Workaround

1. Remove the ParcelFabric layer from the Table of Contents and add it again from TaxParcelEditingfor10.1\MapsandGeodatabase\LocalGovernmentMI.gdb\ParcelEditing2. Create a new document and the add the ParcelFabric layer from TaxParcelEditingfor10.1\MapsandGeodatabase\LocalGovernmentMI.gdb\ParcelEditing
