This enhancement in not valid since there is a specific tool that published parcels without the 1:M condo table. Please see the Tax Parcel Editing download and navigate to the 'GP Publication Models' toolbox and use the 'Publish Tax Parcels Without 1:M condo table' tool.Workaround
Modify the script so that is does not pass a TPC table as an input parameter. See the attached script tool with modifications.Steps to Reproduce
