Workaround
To view the filter behavior in the Table widget, use one of the following workarounds:
- Add sublayers from a map service using each sublayer ID. For example, https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/CommercialDamageAssessment/MapServer/0, instead of adding the entire map service, such as https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/CommercialDamageAssessment/MapServer
- Use a feature service with sublayers, which does not require adding each sublayer by ID. For example https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/CommercialDamageAssessment/FeatureServer
