The Table To Table tool unexpectedly converts commas in the text field to decimal points when the operating system (OS) decimal separator is point.

Additional Information
This is the expected behavior for the table provided; the field is interpreted as a double and the Table To Table tool produces the correct output. The issue is with the data format of the field. Enclose the text values within quotes, or override the text values to be text using the schema.ini file. Use the same character (point or comma) as the decimal separator in the operating system (OS) region format and the table.
