Additional Information
The .tab/.txt file load issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1, in addition to the option to export using the Export Table tool. Please note, the Table To Table tool is deprecated in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and no longer receives further enhancements or bug fixes. The functionality of the Table To Table tool is replaced by the Export Table tool. Add the data into Microsoft Excel and then add the Excel files to ArcGIS Pro.
