The Synchronize Changes geoprocessing tool populates a geodata service with an '@' and returns the error, "003043: Invalid Geodatabase."

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Workaround
Click the Browse icon next to 'Geodatabase 2' in the geoprocessing tool's pane. Navigate to the geodata service through the server connection and re-select the service. It populates the service, including a period '.' instead of the '@'.
