The symbology of the map service is not honored when including the layer ID to the end of the service URL for the colored hatched symbology.

Additional Information

When adding a sublayer URL, it is treated as a feature layer, which is different from a map image layer that uses a different path for rendering.

Workaround

Use the service URL without the layer ID.
