Uninstall Microsoft Intellimouse and download an alternate software like X-Mouse Button ControlFrom the user in inc#634423:Another user pointed out that setting the TOC refresh setting in theAdvancedArcMapSettings to a smaller value had helped him with the sameissue - he has the same computer setup that I do. I changed this valueto 250, and did a 'Get Monitor Dimensions' on the Misc tab - and theproblem went away.Steps to Reproduce
