Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible with the Swipe component when the padding property is added to the MapView. It is recommended that all users transition to using components instead of widgets. Please refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/components-transition-plan/ for more information regarding Transition Plan: widgets to components.Workaround
Use the Swipe component instead of the widget. Please refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/references/map-components/arcgis-swipe/ for more information.
