The Swipe Tool does not work when the Sidebar widget is covering the Swipe widget, even when the Sidebar widget is collapsed in ArcGIS Experience Builder.

Additional Information
The Map or Swipe widget interaction is blocked by the Sidebar widget. Although the Sidebar widget appears smaller when collapsed, it remains the same size and continues to block the underlying widget. The solution is to add the Map or Swipe widget to the always-open section of the Sidebar widget. Refer to the default Foldable template for a similar layout.Workaround
Select the 'Swipe mode' option outside of the Sidebar widget boundary.
