The Survey123 for ArcGIS web form does not show 'AM' or 'PM' in the 'Time' field when the OS region is set to French (France).

Additional Information

Changing the OS regional setting to French (or any locales that use a 24 hour time format) disables the AM/PM time spinner in the app. This is because the OS locale settings are now honored by Survey123 for ArcGIS. The different formats for time, currency, date etc can be edited directly in the Windows regional settings if the standard formats are not desired.
