Additional Information
The difference in speed and performance of the Survey123 mobile app on different devices and platforms is expected due to many factors such as the underlying hardware and software running on the device, available memory, storage, and other device specific configurations. The way in which different platforms handle the same underlying code and app implementation will account for differences in the load time of the applications, load time of surveys and performance of the mobile app in general. This is therefore a known limitation, as it is dependant on the device and platform used.
Workaround
Simplify surveys as much as possible to minimize the load time.
