Additional Information
The Location services of Samsung Galaxy Tab S (10.5") worked as expected after a particularly long time to first fix for the device. The latest version of the app uses the 'when app is open' connection mode as the default.Workaround
Download the previous version of Survey123 for ArcGIS.
