The Survey123 for ArcGIS field app version 3.5.176 fails to download any surveys that are open in the mobile app from a Share Link.

This issue is fixed in Survey123 for ArcGIS field app version 3.5.177. For more information, refer to: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/reference/whatsnewsurvey123.htmWorkaround
If the sharing is set to public or to a group, the survey can be downloaded by going to Menu > Download survey, from the Survey123 field app, instead of using the sharing link to access the survey download page.
