The survey description does not display in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app when using the Pages appearance in the ArcGIS Survey123 web designer.

Additional Information
Custom form elements are not visible in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app with the exception of the 'generated_note_form_title' question name. Add a note with the same text in the description to the top of the survey and delete the description. This note appears in both the web app and the field app.
