Additional Information
ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. Instead of using the Join and Relate in the right-click option, use the Join Field tool under System Toolboxes > Data Management Tools > Joins > Join Field.Steps to Reproduce
