These story map apps have only been shared with the English template group during their beta phase, so this is expected. User can launch the builders for these apps from the story maps website (storymaps.arcgis.com) or by clicking 'Create a web app' on their English item pages.Workaround
Temporarily change the language setting to English:Go to My Organization > Edit Settings > General > LanguageOrganisation > Modifier les paramètres > Général > Langue > English - English.Steps to Reproduce
