The ST_Geometry functions in the IBM AIX Oracle 19c environment fail and return the following error message, "ORA-06520: PL/SQL: Error loading external library." when using the libst_shapelib.so file from ArcGIS Pro 3.1.

Workaround

Use the libst_shapelib.so file from ArcGIS Pro 2.9. This workaround does not work for ArcGIS Enterprise geodatabase version 10.8.1.
