Additional Information

Duplicate of "NIM091111: ST_geometry function fails to insert the a very large shape with the following error ORA-20004: Error ge" and fixed in 10.2.1

Workaround

Use the st_shapelib.dll from ArcSDE 10.0 SP5 with an ArcSDE 10.0 SP5 geodatabase.
