Bug
The ST_Geometry function in the Linux Oracle 19c environment fails and returns the error message "ORA-06520: PL/SQL: Error loading external library" when using the libst_shapelib.so file from ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and 3.4.

The ST_Geometry shape library for ArcGIS Pro 3.3 (and later) is not supported on Linux 7.
