ArcGIS Server statistics utilize the Usage Reports resource in ArcGIS Server Administration REST API. The required administrative privileges to create Usage Reports include: -Update: Update content owned by members. -Delete: Delete content owned by members. -Security and Infrastructure: Manage the portal's security settings. -Servers: Manage the portal's server settings.
