The statistics for rasters are shown incorrectly as having values of 0 in the Symbology pane in ArcGIS Pro if the Symbology is set to Classify.

Workaround
View the statistics in the raster properties (right-click the raster in the Contents pane > Properties > Source section > Statistics) or by setting the Symbology to Stretch, instead of Classify. Alternatively, modify the symbology and classes in ArcMap 10.5.1.Steps to Reproduce
