The Standardize Addresses tool does not return the same address standardization using ArcGIS Version 10 address locators as compared to version 9.3.1 address locators.

Some of these issues have been addressed but the remaining issues are not to be addressed.Workaround
Use version 9.3.1 locator styles in ArcGIS for standardizing the addresses.
