Additional Information
Support for SUB SELECT in the file geodatabase is very limited. Feel free to enter an enhancement request, and we will consider adding GROUP BY support in a SUB SELECT in a future release.Workaround
Use the DISTINCT function instead of GROUP BY: Field in 1 (Select Distinct Field1 from table where Field2< 2).
