The SQL Expression Builder for the Filter widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder is not functional when referencing unique values of spatiotemporal datasets.

Workaround

Selection in a List widget containing spatiotemporal data filters the map, but this loads all values from the spatiotemporal dataset (significant amounts of information).
