The SQL expression 'AND (1=1)' is intermittently appended to the WHERE clause of a query when a filter is applied to a layer in Map Viewer Classic.

Use Map Viewer; it works as expected.

Workaround

Use Map Viewer. It does not append 'AND (1=1)' to the WHERE clause when a filter is applied.
