Additional Information
On a Windows 10 machine running ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1 Build 7333 and Esri Defense Mapping 10.5.1 Patch 6 Build 1617, no error is encountered when executing the Split Features geoprocessing tool. The Landuse features are split.Workaround
Upgrade to 10.6 for ArcMap and Esri Defense Mapping.Steps to Reproduce
