The Split Centerline By Point tool does not split the centerline at the point clicked on the map, and the split is offset.

Additional Information
This is data issue specific. The Z values of the calibration points, centerlines, and routes are not aligned. Once correcting the Z values to align, the tool works as expected.Workaround
Use the Split Centerline By Measure tool as this will split it in the desired location.
