The splash screen in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS does not honor the display size set in the Splash widget setting when the web app is embedded in a website.

This is expected. In this case, it is displayed in the mobile mode. Users can control when to be in the mobile mode by adding a URL parameter "mobileBreakPoint" (http://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/manage-apps/app-url-parameters.htm). The default value of "mobileBreakPoint" is 600.Workaround
