Additional Information
This is not a file type issue, its an image size issue. The recommended image size for this app's splash screen (see hover text tooltip in the app config panel) is 640x960. The supplied PNG is 735x1102.Workaround
Use a different image file format such as .JPEG.Steps to Reproduce
