Additional Information

The SpatialReference::wgs84() helper creates a SpatialReference with the constructor that only query a WKID. To create a spatial reference with a vertical coordinate system assigned, the constructor query a wkid and a verticalWkid, for an example, SpatialReference::SpatialReference(4326, 115700).
