Contact Technical Support if the issue continues to affect work in a supported release.Workaround
- Use the Append Data wizard in ArcGIS Business Analyst 10.4.1 which does return correct results of median (average) type variables.
- Update to the current software release of ArcGIS Business Analyst 10.6 which the Spatial Overlay geoprocessing tool performs correctly.
