Additional Information
This issue will not be addressed within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to map services published from ArcGIS Pro to a later release of ArcGIS Enterprise resolves this issue. If the issue occurs, contact Technical Support.Workaround
In ArcGIS Server, uninstall the ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) 10.6.1 Spatial Analyst COM and Extraction Tools Patch.
