Bug
The SolveVehicleRoutingProblem geoprocessing service fails to solve the route and produces empty output due to Routes and Breaks parameters (esriGPParameterTypeRequired ) do not allow specifying the value when configured as a Geoprocessing widget in Web App Builder fro ArcGIS.
