This is not reproducible in Pro 2.2. Various improvements were made to the Smooth Polygon and Smooth Line tools in Pro 2.2 which resolved this issue. It take approximately 20 minutes to process in Pro. The time is a little longer than that previously seen in ArcMap but the tools now honor the topology of the input data during processing.Steps to Reproduce
