Bug
The Smart Editor widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS loses the functionality to populate feature information once another widget (Zoom, Search, Home Button, Layer List) is used.

Additional Information
This behavior is expected. When clicking outside of the Smart Editor widget pane, the widget is deactivated and a red line is shown at the top of the pane. Click the widget pane again to reactivate the widget and display the green line at the top of the pane before clicking on the map the feature to be edited.Workaround
- Click the widget.
- Refresh the page.
