This is a known issue, the attribute templates must be updated in the service JSON to display in the Smart Editor template picker. To do so, update the layer symbology from the Visualization tab of the layer item and save the symbology against the layer, or manage and update the feature templates from the web map. - To edit a shape that is a valid value but does not display in the Smart Editor widget, click an existing feature from the Smart Editor widget.
- When editing is done, click the correct domain value.
- Click Save, and click Clear.
