The Smart Editor widget cannot edit the geometry of a hosted feature layer when an ArcGIS Server service is also present in the web app and turned on in the Layer List pane

Turn off the ArcGIS Server service in the Layer List pane to be able to edit the hosted feature layer point geometry by dragging the point with the Smart Editor widget.
