Additional Information

Different WMS servers have their own implementations for DPI. For example, ArcGIS Server requires passing the parameter dpi=, whereas GeoServer uses format_options=dpi:, and MapServer uses RESOLUTION=. Due to the lack of standardization, ArcGIS Pro does not support retrieving images at higher DPI from WMS servers by default. The workaround is to add a custom parameter to set the DPI for the WMS layer. Refer to this link: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/services/use-wms-services.htm for more information.
